Kibo Premium terms of sale

Last updated: 13 October 2026

Kibo Premium is not on sale yet: these terms will apply when payments open.

This is a translation for convenience. If the English and French versions differ, the French version applies.

1. Who sells what

Kibo Premium is a subscription to features of the Kibo app, sold by Alexandre Fievez, sole trader (French « micro-entreprise »), SIREN 108 762 410, 3b rue du Cornet, 59320 Haubourdin, France, projectafievez500@gmail.com (see the legal notice).

The rest of Kibo stays free: one suggested week per week with 20 recipes, the shopping list with prices, the guided cooking session, stock, points, the chest and the recap. Using Kibo is also subject to the terms of use.

2. What Premium includes

Premium is tied to a Kibo account and works on all of that account's devices. Cart filling depends on the Leclerc Drive website, which can change without notice: if it stops working, we fix it as fast as we can, with no guaranteed delay. Kibo is not affiliated with E.Leclerc; your order at the store remains subject to its own terms.

3. Free trial and referrals

Each account can start a 14-day free Premium trial once, with no bank card, whenever it wants (Kibo Premium screen, "Try 14 days free"). When the trial ends, Premium features simply close; nothing is charged and no subscription starts unless you choose it.

Referrals: when a friend enters your code, you each get 30 free days of Premium, for 12 friends at most. These days are free and do not turn into a paid subscription.

4. Price and payment

€3.99 per month or €29.99 per year, all taxes included (VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). The price shown when you pay is the one that applies.

Payment is made by card, on Stripe's payment page, at the start of each period. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, for the same length, until you cancel it. For the yearly subscription, you receive an email (at the address given at payment) between three months and one month before it renews, reminding you that you can stop it.

A price change is announced at least 30 days before it applies, and only affects the following periods: you can cancel before.

The order is placed when you click Stripe's payment button and the payment is accepted. You receive a confirmation and an invoice by email.

5. Cancellation

At any time, in a few clicks, in Kibo: Settings → My account → Kibo Premium → "Manage my subscription". Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period: Premium stays open until then, then nothing more is charged. Your data is not erased: you keep your free account.

To delete your account, cancel your subscription first.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days after your first payment to change your mind, without giving a reason. Kibo goes further than the law requires: even if you have already used Premium during these 14 days, that first payment is refunded in full.

To withdraw, write to projectafievez500@gmail.com (one clear sentence is enough, or the form below), giving your Kibo username. We send you an acknowledgement, and the refund reaches the card used within 14 days of your request. Premium then closes.

Withdrawal form

(Only send it if you wish to withdraw, to: Alexandre Fievez, 3b rue du Cornet, 59320 Haubourdin, France, projectafievez500@gmail.com)

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the Kibo Premium subscription below:
— Subscribed on:
— Kibo username:
— Name of consumer:
— Address of consumer:
— Date:
— Signature (only if this form is sent on paper)

7. Guarantees

Kibo Premium is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (articles L224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code) for the whole length of your subscription. If a promised Premium feature does not work, write to us: we fix it; if that is not possible within a reasonable time, you can get a price reduction or stop the subscription and be refunded for the period not provided.

8. Complaints and mediation

For any question or complaint: projectafievez500@gmail.com. We reply as fast as we can.

If we cannot find a solution together, you can refer the matter, free of charge, to a consumer mediator. Kibo will join a consumer mediation scheme before sales open: its name and contact details will appear here.

9. Personal data and applicable law

What Kibo does with your data, including for payment, is explained on the privacy page.

These terms are governed by French law. If you live in another European Union country, you keep the protection of your country's mandatory rules. In a dispute, you can go to the court where you live or where the seller is.
