Kibo (the app and the website cooking-alex.duckdns.org) is published by Alexandre Fievez, sole trader (French « micro-entreprise »), SIREN 108 762 410.

Who hosts Kibo
Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, phone +49 9831 505-0 (hetzner.com). Kibo's server and its data are in the European Union.
Payment
Kibo Premium is not on sale yet. When payments open, they will be processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland (stripe.com). Kibo will never see or keep a card number.
What belongs to Kibo
The Kibo name, the app, its texts, recipes, screens, code and illustrations (except the free resources listed below) belong to Alexandre Fievez. You may use them for your own personal use in Kibo; copying, reselling or republishing them elsewhere requires his written permission.
What you add yourself (your recipes, photos, notes) stays yours. The rules for what you share with others are in the terms of use.
Kibo is independent: it is not published, endorsed or paid by E.Leclerc or any other retailer. "Leclerc", "Leclerc Drive" and the names of other stores belong to their owners and are only mentioned to say where Kibo helps you shop.
Free resources used (credits)
- Icon and 3D objects: Fluent Emoji, © Microsoft Corporation, MIT licence (github.com/microsoft/fluentui-emoji).
- Photos of the starter recipes: Wikimedia Commons, under CC0, CC BY or CC BY-SA. Each photo is cropped; its author and licence are shown in the app (Settings → Help and info → Credits and licences).
- Companion animations (LottieFiles, Lottie Simple License): "Shiba" by Margarita Ivanchikova, Christine Somkunwar, Muammar Faiq, "Cute Dog" by Vitra, "Black Cat" by aan hamdani.
- Nutrition values: Ciqual table by Anses (Etalab Open Licence).
- Scanned product data: Open Food Facts (openfoodfacts.org), database under ODbL, images under CC BY-SA.
- Receipt reading: Tesseract, Apache 2.0 licence.
- Open-source software: React, Dexie, lottie-web, Lucide and the other libraries in Kibo's code, each under its own licence (MIT, Apache 2.0, ISC).
